Hi, thanks for stopping by!

I’m a New York City-based health and fitness journalist. I started my career in magazines, transitioned into content marketing and strategy as deputy editor of Equinox’s digital magazine, Furthermore, and then co-founded TORIAL Media, a boutique content marketing agency.

 

Today, I write regularly for outlets such as Women’s Health and The Wall Street Journal. I also take on select special projects via TORIAL. 

 

Outside of work, I enjoy running (I was one of the first 1000 people to complete the six World Marathon Majors), weight lifting, and yoga. I also give back through running with Back on My Feet New York City. My other interests include brushing up on my French language skills and creative writing. (Fun fact: I have written two complete fiction manuscripts!)

I’ve hosted panel discussions for brands including Mastercard, Citizens Bank, Equinox, and EXOS on topics ranging from sleep to flow state to financial wellness. For each of these events, I also worked as producer, putting together a run of show including interview questions, introductions, and unique audiance engagement strategy.
